Shoppers use an online portal to return items, then ZigZag’s software decides whether the item should be resold locally, or restocked and made available to other customers.
Returns are tracked whenever possible. Retailers can choose to offer free returns or deduct the return cost from the refund.
ZigZag scans, inspects, and grades the goods locally.
