Excellent service and assistance every step of the way, Urban Seller has revolutionised the way that I work and means I don't have to constantly keep logging in and out of our multiple Amazon and eBay accounts. Having everything in one streamlined place is everything I could have asked for. The people I have had contact with at Urban Seller are polite, extremely knowledgeable and determined to help me get the most of using Urban Seller. Jobs which took most of the day now take a fraction of the time with the use of automated answers and FAQ's, it even means I don't have to worry when I'm not in the office, as I know that my colleagues can use the simple service to keep everything running smoothly. We are really glad, that we came across this fast developing platform. We were supported from start to finish and any queries were answered quickly. We had an issue regarding auto responses and it was solved promptly. The Urban Seller has many comfortable tools as messages template, customer information insert tool or the direct translator. With these tools the conversation is much more efficient and you can economise your time. Also you don’t need to log on to different channels for the customer messages and you can accept the return requests and cases in the same program. Team behind the Urban Seller are dedicated to their work and keeps developing and perfecting software. 😀

Summary
I am so glad I found this piece of software it have enabled me to get all my marketplace messages in one place. The on-boarding team was great, answered all my questions and was genuinely interested in me getting the best out of the software. I think it has saved me over 40 hours a week in time, no more signing into different ebay and amazon account to deal with my messages. The price is very reasonable and I got a discount for signing up for a years of service. Well done Urban Seller, keep the good work up !!

great all in one system for customer messages

all messages from ebay and amazon in one place. can use virtual staff (VA) with urbanseller. all in one system without having to use zendesk or freshdesk. cheaper than the market leader. pricing best on number of messages, not on number of users.
Any negatives?
interface is not polished. it needs additional work, but still easy to understand and use which is important when training VA.

I wasn't asked to give a review, but what an honour to be giving the first review for this software on this website? Support is very good. they have a support team and onboarding team. for future would like to see improved interface and facebook/twitter integration.
