Service/communication is poor/ greedy company! They didn’t provide 14 day free trial !

I signed up to trackerbot. Cleary clearly! Stated that I am entitled to a free 14 day free trial but I did not receive a free trial. They have charged me instantly. I then began to message them and their communication skills and service they provide is poor. They took took long to answer and when they did they did not provide any solution to the issue but rather telling me it’s my fault because I signed up to their plan.

I then told them can you please provide me a refund or at least re Instate the 14 day free trial that I am entitled to and they have not replied and didn’t not assist me in anyway but rather stating it’s my fault. I Do not recommend this company. They are greedy and do Not provide solutions to any issues

I will not recommend,every negative makes a company less attractive to it's potential customers, if you don't mind waking up one day to an increase in your budgeted business expenses without communication or time given for this to take effect then trackerbot is a platform for you or say you need a simple service such as changing a payment method and you are told there is no solution , then this is a platform for you. They need to get their acts right.The platform have been very manipulative in terms of pricing, this month you are on a price, next month they increase their rate without notice or recourse to you. Their agents also provide conflicting resolutions.

Trackerbot saves me time
What where the positives?
Trackerbot saves me tons of time and it saves me from my own mistakes. Before, I used to manage the tracking numbers manually and here and there I messed up which in hindsight was a risk not worth taking. Now I don’t have to worry about it because trackerbot uploads my tracking numbers to eBay directly from my gmail account. So I literally have to do nothing. Plus it was very easy to set up.

Summary
I am super happy with the service. They upload the tracking numbers as soon as they are generated by the supplier. This helps keep my account in check for the order processing time and the seller performance metrics. So the overall rating is 5 out 5

- If it works, it is a good tool.
Any negatives?
- I can't convert Amazon TN to Bluecare manually - Many Items are not scanned so I need to request by email every day - Scanning is delayed by a day or so from purchase - It didn't pull up any tracking number from my gmail for hours, so I though I need to pick a plan and that made me to buy it, even though they advertise 14 days trial on that plan - Business plan - they refuse to honor the 14 days trial since I picked a plan...

- Seems they only have one support person - Georgi - Georgi is not a good support person - Replies once a day only in the morning - Georgi doesn't listen to your problem and refuses to understand On the grounds of the customer support, not reliable to build a business with these guys... If you find another option - go for it.
