They are user-friendly online platform for tracking shipments. Flexible and customizable logistics solutions for those Amazon seller like me.
Any negatives?
Higher prices compared to other 3PL companies & they doesn't cover Pakistan. However, they do covered USA, Canada, UK, Europe countries.

They are so helpful with urgent shipments, especially at the port in CA.
What where the positives?
Handle the urgent shipments at CA port with a short notice.
Any negatives?
regarding the time zone , we are different . so thats a bit hard for us to reach out each other while its without an appointment with them. But there is no issue if you've made appointment with them.

What where the positives?
Safe and no damaged with my shipment. Their customer success team are professional and patience enough at explained everything to me with details. Which I found iz very helpful for eCommerce NEW seller like me.
Any negatives?
Shipkoo's quotation not attractive at all. However, after a first meeting with them- I understand why the fees goes - is all consider for me (the customer).
Summary
They take care everything from me (from pick-up>custom clearance>shipping>declear>warehousing>sorting>packaging>last-mile) literally every step they covered. Reasonable cost.

They will take your money then stop responding. They say shipping is 5-8 days and then it takes anywhere from 14 to 30 days, sometimes even more. Absolutely annoying customer support and they will ghost you once you pay for your order.
Summary
Avoid business at all costs with Shipkoo and JiaYeh. They are TERRIBLE save your money because you will be burning it if you use them.

Their express shipping to South Korea is much faster than China Post or any other Chinese company.

They don't provide packaging material for free such as DHL.
