We originally went with Shipfusion for our logistics needs because they seemed to be the most flexible out of all the 3PL providers looked into. Throughout the years we have been in partnership with them, they have continued to provide the same level of attention to our needs as they did in the beginning. They go above and beyond in their service and have helped us with last minute shipping, customs, and other issues multiple times. They are very knowledgeable and quick to reply to any inquiry. They've even helped us out with custom solutions to meet our logistics needs.

I knew they were the fulfilment company for us when I filled out a form and got a phone call with-in 15 minutes...from one of their sales people on his way home from the office...how cool is that? They really do look out for their clients. They have done things that have saved us $1000 a month! They helped us move into international markets as well, which saved us setting up an entire new fulfillment house in Europe, AU, NZ or others. As we grew it was great not having to worry about deliveries!

Our company has tried several fulfillment services, (Webgistix being the worst for customer service and order fulfillment accuracy) and since changing over to Shipfusion, we have been very pleased. Order accuracy and delivery speed have been great...they are competitively priced... but most importantly, the customer service has been amazing! Our goods are also fragile and they have been great with proper packaging for shipping (unlike some other fulfillment centers)..these guys really know how to take care of e-commerce companies.
