Summary
I was looking for a listing software for amazon.de because I was spending hours on end listing and grading books. So I have been using scanlister for a couple of months now and it works great and is very intuitive. I don't remember ever needing to read a complicated manual to get things to work. I just started using it. The feature set is perfect for my needs. I was looking for a listing software that enabled me to upload a box content list in .xlsx format. Other softwares offer printing the huge QR-code for box contents and pasting it on the outside of the box which I'm not really keen on because what if it gets damaged and is unreadable? Scanlister exports the .xlsx file to upload to amazon and everything is good and quick and I can be sure that amazon has the box contents data. Everything can be exported and saved which is also important for me because I can edit the lists in excel for accounting, summaries etc. I had an issue with the decimal separator (comma in Germany) when uploading my inventory list but Scanlister support replied with the solution in less than 30 minutes. It was a setting on my computer that was causing the problems so it had nothing to do with the software itself. So I've tried support and can verify that they want to help get things fixed and go out of their way to do so.

Summary
I have been a Scanlister since 2014 in my book business. My business has grown and Amazon has made many changes, but Scanlister has evolved to meet my needs. They have done a great job keeping up with the needs of my business as things change. I purchased the lifetime subscription and it has paid for itself a hundred times over in the time it has saved. The feature developments have been huge in that I can now print labels, upload bulk shipping plans, manage FBA box content and export accounting data all directly from within the app. The few bugs I have encountered were resolved quickly and I love that Scanlister is always open to adding features and improving the software.

What where the positives?
Love the fact it can be used in multiple market places and that Nathan keeps updating and evolving the software to meet the users needs. I wish I bought a lifetime sub a year ago when I first signed up. Love how I can use it for MF and FBA. Also love the new detailed listing feature in addition to the bulk listing option
Any negatives?
Would like to have the option to live list so that I can print labels as I go rather than at the end of a shipment.

Summary
Scanlister is pure awesomeness! It saves me so much time. I use it to list everything both fbm and fba and it works great. I’m now able to scale up my business quicker now that I’m not doing everything from the app. I can hook my scanner up and scan away to the best. Any time I have ever need to contact customer support (which is not often at all) I’ve always gotten a response back to my emails with 24 hours. Which is so much better than other companies I’ve used. I would definitely recommend scanlister to anyone I meet.

Summary
As a part-time seller, I couldn’t have asked for a better software to help significantly speed up pricing and listing my products on Amazon! It was by far the most affordable, and their support is prompt and very helpful! Support contact is listed in the header of the software, and responses can be received on the software’s Facebook page! Occasional glitches as with any software, but these are quickly resolved with prompt updates! Does NOT take away from the affordability and efficiency it provides! Again, great software and would recommend to anyone!!!

Speeds up listing but wipes out your data with no warning!
What where the positives?
Speed of pricing, listing, and adding conditions to quality of product.
Any negatives?
Yes, I don't appreciate paying for a service that asks me to update and the new version wipes out my conditions for each category with no warning. They claim it takes 5 minutes to load on Amazon's inventory but more like 15 minutes minimum.
Summary
What support? No place to contact them in the software. I don't know if they only respond to facebook users but I'm still searching for a contact method.
