Nice Idea, Great Price, Doesn't Work
What where the positives?
You can customize emails, or even use the standard Amazon email template. The price seems fair for what it ultimately does.
Any negatives?
Request a Review emails are sent to customers that have applied for refunds, even if you specify it not to.
Summary
I am currently using the 1 month trial of SageMailer. Prior to agreeing to this service, I confirmed with a representative that Request a Review emails would not be sent to customers that have refunded orders. I am currently looking through my sent emails, and every customer with a refund has received an email, even if the refund approval was made days before the email was sent. Also, my scheduled email list shows emails are planned for all my customers that have approved refunds. In my campaigns, I have checked the option "DON'T SEND TO REFUNDED ORDERS", so this feature simply doesn't work.
