What where the positives?
They are just the team I was waiting for. Without them I simply would not have been able to launch our Amazon store and kick start our sales. Sebastian, is quite frankly the most fantastic person I have ever worked with. His suggestions are articulate and he is a consummate professional, who comes to every meeting fully prepared and ready to answer your queries. No time wasted whatsoever. He encourages you to strive forward, which for me was much needed support in the initial stages of the business. He answers queries when they are posed to him most promptly.

I am now a customer of retail-Outsource since 4 month and I found their service great. I have a dedicated employee working remotely and he help me in all sort ot task, from printing invoices to posting on Face book, adding product, scanning feedback... The amazon point is the price, it cost me a fraction of an employee here, furthermore he is replaced if ill or on holiday. Also Joseph, the MD is based in the UK so you can meet him. He has a great experience en E-commerce and can help you to growth your business to the next level. I should have discover your service earlier.
