Wow! What a software and service. I was a bit skeptical at first but once I signed up and they recovered about $5K within the first week for all my old inventory that Amazon had not reimbursed me for, I was a believer. Thereafter, they have recovered so much more. No hassles. I see a reimbursement almost everyday! They keep Amazon honest. Given I am growing on Amazon this is one less thing I have to worry about. I was spending too much time on the phone trying to recoup my money that Amazon did not automatically give me credit for. Great service as well. They email you right away. Thank you RefundsManager.

I highly recommend Refunds Manager for any Amazon FBA sellers! It is super easy to use. Once you set it up it is hands free and just dose it's thing in the background. It automatically opens cases for you in your seller central account for missing items, incorrect orders, and inaccurate fees. It dose all this from a little program that you install on your computer. It just runs in the background and you done even know it's there. It has got well over $1000 in refunds back from amazon for me! There support is amazing as well!

Great program and service! Simple set up and I started to see money roll in from refunds or mess-ups from Amazon. This program almost acts like a watchdog for keeping Amazon honest on this area of their business, as otherwise they do not pay you for these things when they simply should! I went 2 years without a payment from Amazon for refunds and lost stock, and when I used RefundsManager, Amazon was forced to pay me for a ton of things! Thanks guys! Great service!
