We have been been using Red Stag for a little over 6 months and continue to be impressed. This is no ordinary fulfillment company as they were created by customers who saw the shortcomings in their own fulfillment center and decided to address and remedy those issues by creating a new company - Red Stag. The accuracy has been perfect so far and that's partly because they do all the proper and intensive work before products get entered into their system weighing, photographing, barcoding, etc. The means and mechanics of picking - however they do it (way too technical for me) has been spot on. If there is a discrepancy, they have videos for verification. I have had the pleasure to meet some of the staff and besides, being friendly and knowledgeable, they are available for assistance. Have a question? Send them an email and you will get a prompt response, letting you know they have received your email and are fielding it to the proper person. Shortly thereafter, that person send you your answer. Perhaps, most importantly - is the sense of pride that is instilled from Management down to staff. Again, my team and I are impressed and I don't mind saying so!

After a previous 'Enterprise' Fulfillment company let us down time and time again, RedStag has been the best move we made for handling our US orders. They simply do exactly what they say they will, on time, every day. Red Stag's system seems highly reliable so far and we have not had any loss or damage of goods in either storage or transit. Apart from the quality of their work, their customer service is personal and helpful. It's a relief to be able to deal directly with a single point of contact for our account whenever we need some assistance.

We've been with Red Stag Fulfillment for a few years now and they've been a large part of our success helping us to focus on marketing and other areas of our business. Their accuracy percentage has been top notch which helps support our premium marketing message. Of importance, RSF understands total costs so while their up front costs aren't the cheapest once you factor the costs we previously spent on damage, a lack of inventory accuracy creating a bad PR image, and a lack of package consolidation for multiple item orders they are actually one of the best values in the market.

Red Stag is very easy to do business with and has made logistics much less of a hassle for our small business. Prices are very competitive and service standards are very high. They're continuing to add more options and capabilities to address more of our business needs. Only downside is that you're limited to FedEx (including SmartPost) offerings for shipping parcels/packages.

Red Stag is the only 3PL to care as much about our company as we do. Their operational efficiency and accuracy is only surpassed by their customer service. When they say 100% accurate they mean it!
