They promised to complete a project in two weeks which ended up being many months. They made so many mistakes along the way that it felt like this was the first time they attempted to work with an Amazon store. The owner admitted they made mistakes and he agreed to void my invoice. Just a year after I ended my contract with them they sent a collection agency to collect the fees that they said they voided because of their mistakes. It is impossible to reach anybody on the phone with the company or the person I worked with. Very disappointing and dishonest way to deal with a customer. Big promises on their website, but terrible service.
