Comprehensive MCM system, VFM, good support not intuitive
What where the positives?
The system is very comprehensive and integrates with many on-line marketplaces worldwide. It is excellent value for money compared to many of the big Multi Channel Management software providers.
Any negatives?
The software takes a bit of getting used to and is not very intuitive or 'user friendly' . The on-line videos and tutorials are very basic and limited. However, the support team are prepared to give as much 1 to 1 tuition as and when it is needed.
Summary
The support was excellent - most problems/queries are dealt with within an hour or 2 and seldom more than 24 hours. You will deal with individuals rather than a faceless 'support team'. Recommended

Summary
We have been using Plenty Markets ERP system now for 6 months after switching over from Linnworks. For us the main reason to make the switch was the lack of certain functions in Linnworks like the ability to have tiered prices for both B2C and B2B customers. Plenty markets provides this plus the ability to host a dedicated B2B frontend website as part of the whole system. Effectively we got a complete B2B website for free! Our main B2C store is a Magento website and we use Plenty Markets to manage our inventory across all our sales channels (Magento, Amazon and B2B sales). We were one of the first customer in the UK to be connected via Magento, so initially there a big setup to go through. Now however the Magento connector should be a seamless process. One other issue we encountered was the ability to assign a shipping service based on post code, as DPD charge different prices for the Highlands, etc. Plenty Markets recognise this as something important to implement and I believe this feature will soon be available. Overall the system is quite comprehensive and has a lot of powerful features in the backend that are only available in other ERP systems that will cost you 2 or 3 times more at least. In setting up the system initially we received a lot of one-to-one support, and our requirements were quite demanding. Once the system is setup it has been quite smooth and training users in-house to use the system was not so difficult. So overall I would rate Plenty Markets 5 stars considering the value for money against the numerous built-in features and reliability.

Summary
We have been using Plentymarkets in the UK since June 2013. Even though the adaptation of this German software to the UK market has taken some time and is still ongoing, this system has enabled us to run our online fashion business very efficiently. Other suppliers charge extra for every single extension but Plentymarkets already contains all relevant modules, whether it's interfaces to payment systems and mobile shop providers, warehouse management and fulfilment, or access to markets like ebay and Amazon. Like all software it requires time to learn and to be able to use the complete functionality, and Plentymarkets facilitate this learning process by offering an extensive online manual, videos and email support. The opening of the London office has improved the support we get further. We will re-brand over the coming weeks and move our shop from spicystyles.co.uk to niftyfashion.co.uk. The technical help we have received is excellent. Plentymarkets is a great asset to our business and we will continue to use it, knowing that the UK adaptation will become even better and new developments and improvement are made regularly.

Summary
Plenty Markets has helped me refine my thinking about our e-commerce strategy and given me the tools to grow my business We are not a very technical company, however using plenty markets allowed us take advantage of Ebay / Amazon and many other markets places. Our company were helped with at every step of the way and our launch manager was simply brilliant in taking care of any problems. We will sell 1,000’s items through ebay / Amazon and other market places with little effort through a automated system, by using the plenty markets platform we can do this with little or no staff involvement in the sales or admin process. Plenty Markets has saved our business hiring at extra employees, so in terms of cost it has been well worth it as a business decision. My business is doing well and growing. I have more free time to spend on things that MAKE money and the software, does the day to day mundane stuff. I’d say it’s well worth it. Since we have launched we now sell on over many different markets across the world and our stock is managed from one central location. I feel the great strength of plenty markets is that they are ahead of the competition, they are securing agreements with some of the largest marketplaces in the world and always looking for ways to bring their customers to new markets, so when we are planning for the future of our business, we do not need to worry about where to go next or how we can even start to go about selling in a certain market,
