The only VA course/program you will ever need! Extremely organized and worth 100000x what it costs!
What where the positives?
Every single piece of information was organized, on pdf's, spreadsheets, videos, you name it, they got it.

I did not hear about it sooner!
Summary
Outsource School knocked it out of the park.. I have invested into multiple other programs / coaching and everything was always unorganized, all over the place and I had to go through and take notes on everything.. Very frustrating. Unlinke Outsource School, literally every single thing you need, all extremely organized, pdf's, spreadsheets, literally every part of having a VA is covered AND THEN SOME! I bought it, forgot about it and spent a month or two trying to develop our VA system and remembered I got it, plugged it into our business in a single day and immediately saw the impact! Thank you Nathan and Outsource School!

What where the positives?
What I love most about Outsource School is how easy it has been to build out my team without needing to create my own SOPs. We've experienced tremendous growth due to their short-cuts and expertise.
Any negatives?
I wish they offered more live coaching experiences because it usually conflicts with my current schedule.

What where the positives?
Regardless of experience level, there are tons of gold you can apply to your business now. The learnings are not just fluff but rather backed up by examples of real-life use cases applied by the instructors Nathan and Connor. Customer service not surprisingly is world-class and the new information seems to be added daily within the course and private Facebook group. I began with the actionable "blueprint" for podcast outreach and ended up a full-fledged member 🙂

Summary
This membership embodies the philosophy that has allowed me to build a veritable army of Virtual Assistants and is a quote by Richard Branson "Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to". Unparalleled resource to learning how to outsource & scale an online business
What where the positives?
I own an agency for systematizing & outsourcing eCommerce stores. Our process includes recruiting and training VAs for our clients. We've been doing it for couple of years and are not too bad at it. That being said, when Nathan & Connor's course came out I didn't hesitate. I knew we could improve our operation leveraging on their proven methods and I wasn't disappointed. The course is full of gems we've been slowly going through and incorporating in the appropriate places in our process, and we're already seeing gradual improve in our candidates quality, accompanied by improvement in our efficiency. If you have anything to do with VAs - recruiting, hiring, managing, or anything else - don't think twice. Highly recommended.
Any negatives?
The only 'negative' I can think of is that the rate of new content is faster than what I can consume and absorb 🙂 And I'm only half joking... even since Cracking the VA Code 1.0 they're on fire! I got a full plate.
