Always listens and adapts tot he customers needs. I never felt more comfortable with my logistics as with NY Fulfillment. They have the "customer is always right" in their DNA.

Would love all my vendors to be like them, so this is my negative that not everybody works with you with so much compassion and take own your projects like it's their own.
