What where the positives?
Saves me a great deal of time - once you get all set-up its amazing how much time is freed up to build your business and continue growth.
Any negatives?
None.
Summary
All is well - once set up it is a breeze and can help - specifically for us it was inventory management - very helpful and saved us loads of time.

What where the positives?
With the goal of adding more sales outlets the necessity to garner a multi-channel integrator support was becoming inevitable. I turned for support to MarketPlaceWorks and was smitten! Very satisfied with the benefits of better inventory control, ease in multi E commerce sites listings and cross-channel sales management. Great customer service; also pricing is competitive.
Any negatives?
Not if you are looking for a solution that offers attractive user interface and intuitive navigation style;

Really what I was looking for and was avoiding thinking the learning curve and time investment would be too great; I was wrong: the platform is easy to use, offers great support and might boost my business to the next level.

What where the positives?
MarketplaceWorks is an answer to my challenges. It has enabled me to streamline my processes through automatic inventory downloads, multi-site listings management, and automatic drop shipping. It also has a wealth of free tools that I am looking into using now to expand my business. With such tight margins and the low cost of MarketplaceWorks, using this system is a no-brainer. They also offer rapid personal support. Point-of-fact, they walked me through the setup process. I would highly suggest using their free 30-min setup consultation; even though the platform is quite user-friendly, walking through it with them let me start running with it right away.
Any negatives?
Not if you use their support and free setup consultation. They are hands-on with their assistance.
