What where the positives?
It has helped get our business better organised and made ordering and keeping track on what we have in stock so much better, and saved us a lot of time.
Any negatives?
The only negative we can think of is creating an invoice can take a bit longer than it could do.
Summary
We have been using Khaos Control Cloud for the past 18 months, and have been really impressed with the system, they organise training and the support is excellent, they listen to what we have to say and always try to adapt their system to give us what we need to improve our business and hopefully others, it has made ordering and keeping track on what we have in stock and syncing with our website and Ebay particularly helpful, i would recommend KC to anybody thinking of changing their system regardless of the size.

Summary
PROS 30 day trial available - I am still trialing the product. They seem to have designed it well and the interface is fairly intuitive and consistent. Khaos are also working on implementing extra features that have been suggested by existing users which is also reassuring for future expansion. Help videos and information is also fairly easy to find and explained clearly. I did however have trouble initially understanding the product variations and how to map the items to the channel listings in bulk. I have received outstanding tech support by Ian Thompson on this so far so things are now clearer. CONS Once the trial finishes you are then expected to pay for initial training in order to access ongoing free customer support. No stock level csv import No ability to send customers customised dispatch emails (?) At present you have to pay for any customised (non standard) reports No maximum stock level cap when sending stock levels to channels A few things not yet implemented but are due shortly eg FBA orders, listing to channels Overall so far it looks very promising and is reasonably priced considering that some other solutions are £100+ a month I hope to leave another review when I have used it for a while

Summary
A great value product with big-business functionality for small businesses. Intuitive user interface with great stock management tools including 'Move-withs' and 'Builds' The sales invoice manager allows you to see at a glance the status of orders. Shopify website integration is straight forward to set up and works well. Marketing features are versatile and comprehensive. Key codes and source tracking are useful features. All accounts management can be done using Khaos Cloud, P&L, Balance Sheet, Stock Values, Bank Rec etc. No need for accounts specific software. Supports multi-location businesses. First rate support and training. A wide range of training videos are available but if you need something more specific there is always someone available to help via their support portal. Only negative is that tablet/mobile use is via a web browser - an app would be a useful addition to the programme.

Summary
We have been very pleased with the system since we started using it 4 months ago. The training at the start was very helpful and the information on the system is a nice touch as well. There were a few teething issues at the start but Support was very hepful and some issues were fixed straight away. We have found the system to have everything we need to process our orders and keep stock levels updated. It is great that we can have bespoke reports made for a reasonable one-off cost. Having a demo version is great to train new staff and when trying out new features or ideas. Being able to log in from anywhere is so important in this day and age and this system ticks that box off as well.

Summary
I was introduced to the system from a Khaos Control user. The initial set up of the business information was easy to upload. The system is logical taking you through the stages easily - especially when managing despatch. There have been some teething problems and issues with the system not doing what its supposed to but, technical support is always on hand to help out and fixes are almost instant - the bonus of being a web-based system. I also like the fact I can access it anywhere on the PC, laptop, tablet or phone. Simple 😉 Having not run a business before I have found all the accounts functions simple to use and straightforward assisting me to get stuck in and on with running the business. With data being available instantly I can see what is happening; profit, loss, costs, debtors, creditors, sales, etc etc. I have in my time used many systems and this is uncomplicated and easy to use. A new employee has been able to get to grips with the system quickly. The ability to buy credits up front and reduce user costs is an added bonus - saving money and time not processing monthly invoices and also saves bank fees with one payment every 3 months. When contacting technical support with queries on "how do I ..." or "why does this..." they are more than helpful and have sometimes added a function in to make life easier! 🙂 Since acquiring another business we did encounter some functions that weren't there and needed to be able to manage "builds". Our requirements were discussed with Mike and sorted with a new function - making life a lot easier. Still a few niggles with the system not accepting 3 decimal points on prices - have to manually adjust invoices to be accurate which can be time consuming but hopefully my request to change will happen. Also can't evaluate products within multi "builds" but the system is evolving and hopeful over time this will be available. All in all as the title says - uncomplicated to use. Has many useful functions and covers most of my day to day needs. It is logical and helps me run my business without too much trouble.

Bang for your buck!
What where the positives?
I am pleasantly Suprised. I got far more from this system that I thought I would need. I only wanted stock control in the beginning but now I use the system to process orders centrally from 3 channels. I manage purchase orders from 12 suppliers. I use the returns area every day. It has Xero integration and the email automation helps me with quickly communicating with customers. I got everything with no restrictions for £50 per month.
