Any negatives?
Contacted them to cancel my service, disabled their API access to my seller central account, and a month later they billed me again!!! Do not use their service unless you want to be stuck using them FOREVER!

Do not sign up for this service unless you plan on using them FOREVER, because they will ignore your request to cancel their service and continue to bill you for it.

Quick response when I needed help. They were able to get me back a lot of money and mostly without me having to do any interaction with them.

I have been very impressed with GETIDA and they got me back a good amount of money in a short time. Love their support and dash board. It is almost a set it and forget it system. Also no fees unless they recover me money is a win.

Service is outstanding, Super easy to set-up, They were excellent at finding issues with Amazon FBA and uncovering thousands of dollars in lost revenue - I would never have known.

Not one negative did I encounter.
Summary
Sounded a bit too good to be true. Very easy to work with them - set up in minutes. They have found thousands of dollars for me - I didn't have to do a thing! My product was ranked #24 out of 500,000 auto products over the holidays so they had a lot of inventory to go through for me. I cannot recommend Getida enough to Amazon Sellers.
