Floship by far has been the most hands on Shipping,Freight, and Logistics company I've worked with. They reached out to me when I was running a crowdfunding campaign offering to manage the shipping logistics of all my campaign perks and they handled that task amazingly. I had a personal rep that worked with me from coordinating the shipping of my product from my manufacturer to Floship's warehouse, to properly barcoding each individual item, to shipping package design, to finding fast global shipping carriers, everything! An incredible company that has excellent people. We were undermanned that week and the orders keep on coming in that's why the management decided to hire Floship. We gave them enough time to study the situation and make appropriate actions to make sure that the orders are delivered on time without any failure to deliver or mistakes on the delivered Item. The integration oft his service within my ecommerce business is absolutely superb. The system is very clear and doesn't lag. I can see almost in real time the status of each order. My customers don't have to wait anymore for receiving important statuses about their orders. That's a great thing because the better I can serve my customers, the more my business will grow. I was recommended by a friend of mine to use this service after a couple of failed contracts with other logistics suppliers. Of course, I was scared that Floship would disappoint me just like the others did. And the worst part was that my customers were angry and my profit took a serious hit. Right from the beginning I noticed that their support is a bit different: they really listen to each customer and do their best to adapt their service according to the needs of each business. that was a good sign. Then, after the logistics was moved to Floship, I noticed an increase in the rate of my own customers satisfaction. I decided to post this review after having a very nice experience with Floship's customer support. I've signed up with their logistics service a few months ago. I can say that I'm a bit novice and I needed some help with some of the orders which needed to be expedited. The customer service representative actually guided me through their entire logistics system and I was able to find the correct options that would allow me to expedite those orders. The thing I like most about this service is that they offer a completely automated tracking system which: I am able to see any time when my orders are shipped and delivered. That's great if you ask me because I like to take great care in which regards the deliveries to my customers. Another great thing about floship is that they don't cost me a fortune. Like any other business, our website needs some very efficient cost strategies and logistics often consumes a lot of financial resources. But, it's not the case here. They're very decent.

When I started working with this company I had the feeling that I could find a cheaper order fulfillment service. But, after a coup[le of months I understood why they are not the cheapest service. That's because they are very good at fulfilling orders and they also offer a top-notch customer experience. I don't have to accumulate any more stress by taking care of order fulfillment and I am also learning that my customers are much happier with the short time which is now needed to receive their orders. We own 1 large ecommerce website. Therefore we needed some companies which could help us in which regards the fulfillment process of our orders. We hired floship and one of their competitors in order to see which one is the best. While their competitor did a good job, I must say that floship was terrific in terms of order delivery time and customer support. Of course, we kept floship and dropped their competitor because we don't really need 2 delivery services and floship is able to handle our logistics easily.

We are currently managing more 12 ecommerce websites. We couldn't achieve this number without the help from floship. Logistics is a tough area and we're simply not able to deal with it by ourselves. But before working with this company, we have tried several other suppliers of this kind of service. Most of the problems with these suppliers were related to order delivery delays and high prices for extra services like order management. I will tell you about my experience with Floship but, first, I will talk about what made me sign-up with these guys. I was using a different order fulfillment service from another company. They were OK until August, 2015. During that month my orders were delayed for weeks and my all my customers started to complain. I lost my payment processor account and I was very near to be used by a lot of people. At that time I decided that it's time to change the order fulfillment service. I've been recommended by some other people in the same industry with me to use Floship. One year later and I don't regret my decision. Floship has always delivered on time and I did not encountered any problems while working with them.

I've been using Floship's services for about 1 year. During this time, I did not find any problems related to their order fulfillment flow. Furthermore, I noticed an increase in the order delivery speed since I've started working with them. Therefore, I would give them a 5 star rating for the way things work in their delivery process. The only small downside, which made me rate them with just 4 stars instead of 5 is that their onboarding process is very complex and it takes a lot of time and efforts from both parties.

The prices they have are great. Compared with their competitors, Floship is at the low end of the scale. This made me a bit nervous when I signed up with them because sometimes the cheap services don't really deliver as expected. It was not the case here. They delivered as promised and I never has any problems with them.

I think the onbording process is a bit too complex but didn't really upset me because I understand that, in order to deliver a quality service, you need to have a large quantity of information.

I was recommended by a business partner to use Floship.com for logistics purposes. I found their logistics services to be simple and efficient. They don't really need me in order to do their job in which regards the logistics of my business. That's the first thing I like about them. The second thing is that they are really efficient. Although their integration process is quite complex and requires quite an effort to start working with them, I understood very soon what are the advantages: you can start focusing on other sides of your business as Logistics will not bother you anymore.
