Started off great, but service is terrible. Many issues sat for nearly a month; delays in emails

Good integration capabilities and they know their way around data.
Any negatives?
The owner is terrible and those around him are terrible at responding. They do not abide by their own response standards in contracts and continuously ignore your requests. I'm unsure if they're understaffed or just bit off too big of a client, but this is ridiculous.

Initially impressed, constantly disappointed now.
