- The high amount of fees - They knew in advance what the seller's situation was and anyway they told us that they had a solution, so we moved forward. - Little response from the "advisers"
Summary
We have really felt ripped off. At first everything seems very professional, they assign you an analyst but after 2 months they have only made one appeal, they say they have no response from Amazon or solution to the problem and that they are frustrated! More frustrated we are since we paid USD 2,500 to no avail. I am not saying that time and management are not worth money, but in this case there was nothing. Just one appeal that was one more like the one we have made without advice. They were recommended from the Jungle Scout blog, I understand that both are accomplices of bad service.

You Don't Get What You Pay For

Positives. Upbeat and semi positive reps.

I want to start off by saying I have met Cynthia twice in person. I was sure this service would be the best. I was wrong. The POA provided to me was nothing more than something I could have drafted from looking at the Seller Forum for free. Unless you have an obvious and glaring mistake they cannot help you. All the forensic research is on you.
Summary
Would not recommend, you can do much better with your money. I would say the service I received wasn't worth $500 much less $2,500, jeez.
