I've had nothing but positive experience working with the team at EcommBalance. They have great processes in place to make sure your books are done right and on time. Every team member I spoke with has had excellent communication and are very helpful in every question or concern I have. The books are always completed on time and if there is any slight hangup they go over the top to make sure things are done right. Both owners have reached out to me on multiple occasions to check in and see how things were going and I truly appreciate the care the team has taken to make sure my experience was the best.

What where the positives?
They understand ecommerce and the nuances of bookkeeping with regards to sales from 3rd party marketplaces like Amazon. They are extremely helpful, communicate well and deliver consistent, on time financial reports each month.

What where the positives?
We do not have a simple business model by any means, four brands, multiple technology stacks and platforms, and both retail and wholesale revenue streams. We were running our business off of pieced together spreadsheets and our quickbooks was essentially useless. We've worked with multiple bookkeepers who could never untangle the mess, and usually made our financials even more complicated for the next team to try and untangle. Fortunately, Nate and Shelia along with their amazing team have been both amazing people to work with but also did what no other bookkeeper service could do, give us accurate financials delivered on time every month.

First thing I want to say is that any time Nate and Connor start a new venture, you know it's going to be good. As soon as I heard they were starting a bookkeeping business, I asked my business partner to sign up. The team is super responsive and made our onboarding really straightforward. After hiring EcomBalance, all of our book keeping happens automatically. Not only does this free up our time and focus but it let's us know exactly where we stand on a monthly basis. I thought the pricing was VERY reasonable and well worth the money!
