Shipping pricing more expensive than with our own accounts with less volume
What where the positives?
Service very easy to set up and to use. Good customer support
Any negatives?
Since 8 months, their shipping pricing is not interesting anymore. We know that globally due to the international context, shipping has increased but it's not normal that their pricing is higher (like 20% more) than if we use our own carrier accounts whereas we don't have the same volume. With the volume they do, they should be able to have better pricing than us. We are wondering if they add a margin to the carrier shipping cost. When we asked them, they didn''t answer.
Summary
Since the pricing increased for shipping and no improvement from them, it's not doable for us anymore. We are exploring other options as using our carrier accounts is not convenient and scalable for a daily process.

PLEASE STAY AWAY from Easyship. They'll charge you without consent and make your customers hate you
What where the positives?
Their online platform looks quite smooth, they can ship to most countries in the world, they integrate with Shopify. But the negatives FAR outweigh the positives, I wish someone had warned me about Easyship.
Any negatives?
So many, unfortunately the character limit is too small. Very short version : shockingly dishonest people who are not only extremely disorganised and unaccountable but will charge your credit card without your consent and knowledge and then proceed to blame it on you and refuse to refund what they took from you. Short version : If you have a business and need logistics, stay as far away from Easyship as you can. They lied, charged me without my consent for months, when I found out by random luck by looking at my credit card statement they first refused to acknowledge it, then told me it was my fault for not checking my credit card statements, finally recognised that it was their mistake but insisted on compensating me in "shipping credit", as if after all this I was going to continue using their platform. I have given them a fair chance to make it right (58 back and forth emails to be precise), but the best they agreed to after all this wasted time was that "shipping credit" joke. So there we go, here's my full review. Long version : I have used Easyship for over 3 years and shipped many different products in dozens of countries. I have now stopped using their services due to a combination of dishonest billing practices + very poor shipping services overall. This is the first time I post a public negative review of anything. I normally cannot be bothered to write negative reviews, but this time Easyship has managed to go beyond my threshold so I feel compelled to share my extremely negative experience with prospective users. Stay as far away from Easyship as you can. Please see details below. One example of their dishonest billing practices: They told me black on white (I have a record of all the emails) that "You are currently on a free trial of the premier plan. When the trial expires you will be shifted down to the free plan." What happened instead: they shifted me to a paid plan without my knowledge, and charged my credit card (without any consent, not even a notification or a monthly bill recap or any of the things other SaaS companies do) for 8 months until I found out one day by randomly looking at my credit card statement looking for something else. - After a massive amount of time wasted talking to their support team, they went from "It's not our fault at all, no refund" to "It's not our fault, but here's 50% of the amount in Easyship credit" to "Ok it's our fault but the best we can do is compensate you for the amount in Easyship credit" before finally having their head of customer service Ryan Beardsley reversing course and telling me that it was actually my fault. Another example is their tricky way to charge for shipments: - Easyship has a lot of "adjustments" that are charged after the parcel is shipped, due to what they claim to be "chargeable weight discrepancies". I have personally weighted parcels to the nearest gram before shipping them, and still been charged extra $50-60 for most shipments. I have tried to get an explanation but was told that my weight was wrong, so I am assuming that it is part of their business model to lure customers with lower prices and charge them more once it is too late to improve their margins. As you can see from the other reviews here and everywhere else on the internet, many of their customers have been experiencing that innovative margin improvement practice. Besides these questionable practices, from my 3 years as one of their client I have concluded that their logistics services are very and they will take zero responsibility for anything that you pay them to do. Over the years I have had many lost parcels, or parcels which took months instead of days to arrive, and the only response I ever got (when I got one) was "It's the courier's problem, not ours" or "Next time choose a more premium courier". In my books, when you advertise a service with a delivery time range at a certain price, that's the time range I expect my parcels to be delivered. But apparently that is not the way Easyship works. No accountability, no support, not even trying to help. - That is a sharp contrast with my current logistics provider which not only respects prices and shipping times, but also compensates when there is an issue on their end. - These lost parcels and crazy delivery times cost me a lot of money in customer refunds, having to ship orders twice, lost goodwill from customers, and wasted time trying to chase parcels while Easyship takes zero responsibility for anything.
Summary
Conclusion: I wish someone had warned me before I started working with Easyship for my business, and I hope that my warning will save you all that wasted money and time."

Easyship will not defence for you when there is pricing dispute
What where the positives?
easy to use
Any negatives?
Easyship will not defence for you when there is pricing dispute, instead they will charge you whatever the shipping company adjust their pricing, and since you are not directly the shipping company's client, there is no way you can argue, and Easyship will not fight for you.

Terrible service
What where the positives?
The shipping fee probably cheaper a bit
Any negatives?
First of all, so far Easyship has never solved our problem even once. Second of all, the shipping cost that we book through Easyship has no much difference from we book directly from the courier company. Every time when there is something happened, we have to contact and deal with the courier company directly. The worst case were, we booked Aramex to ship a parcel to USA, we were informed the parcel will be transit in UK, fine, but who will use UK post to send the parcel to USA? In this case we can ship to USA using Singpost too, we don’t need your company to ship with Aramex to UK and use the UK post to ship to USA. We paid for the Aramex service. At the end we want a return for the parcel because we have refunded the customer before Easyship or Aramex can tell us where the parcel is, this is due to they are changing our service from express to postal mail and charged for the express, so they are not able to tell us where the parcel is while the parcel was sending by postal mail, but the parcel was delivered a few days later after we refunded the customer. With no confirmation that the parcel can be retrieved from the receiver, Easyship want us to create another waybill for return, which means they want us to pay for the return shipping charge before they can confirm that the parcel can be returned. Regardless with this case, we booked again using Easyship to send a parcel from Singapore to Malaysia. The shipping provider is J&T, so we thought it won’t go wrong. Who will know that they transfer the parcel from J&T to myGem, then they transfer the parcel from myGem to M express. The parcel sent in April took a month to be updated, customer request refund. We informed Easyship as well as myGem to stop the delivery(we contacted J&T for weeks too, phone never pick up, email never reply.)since we will refund the customer. After we refund the payment to customer on 4th, the parcel delivered to the customer on the 5th! I want to state here, none of the above listed companies can be trusted. For all shippers, if your shipping is fine so far, I'm really glad for you. If you are considering to use the services from the above listed companies, please think twice. We saved $50 probably, but we lost $400 including shipping fee and products. My company will never use Easyship again.

Summary
I started using EasyShip because I’m using Sellbrite and it doesn’t print labels in bulk. Sellbrite has EasyShip as one of their partners so I decided to try it since I do need to do multiple packages at one time. It was confusing at first, I thought I was supposed to be able to import my inventory but never could see any of my products. But that was my misunderstanding, I imports orders only and adds the products as they sell (basically just tracks package size, weight and category to declare it for customs). I didn’t have any active orders the first time I was trying to use it which is why it didn’t seem to be doing anything. A couple weeks later I tried again when I had orders and I figured out how to import orders. It doesn’t seem to transfer over the package size and weight, which I do have for the products in Sellbrite but I have to transfer that info over manually. It saves it after the first time a product sells. It doesn’t cost anything to use except what I buy in postage which the prices are comparable to what Sellbrite costs are. And it did give me a coupon for extra postage which was really great, used that up! It does multiple shipments really well. And I love how I get the file of all the invoices and all the labels and can print them all in one shot. It focuses on begin a shipping program, doesn’t really seem to do anything else, like inventory or a customer database. So if you’re looking for a program that does it all, this not might be for you. It does work well with other programs so you can always use it in conjunction with other apps. It does multiple shipments really well. And I love how I get the file of all the invoices and all the labels and can print them all in one shot. You don’t have to use just this program either, we use EasyShip but also still do some shipping from Sellbrite so you don’t have to choose one or the other, you can keep using both. It was a little trickier to learn, but I’m glad I did. I plan on continuing to use it.

Summary
Before we used Easyship, we provided flat rate by country which was difficult to price. Easyship's App allowed us to provide more options to our customers. Most important of all, it informed them with accurate tax and delivery time information when they make the purchase, so THEY can decide whether they want to spend extra for faster delivery. Data from Shopify syncs seamlessly to their platform with no data entry(no mistakes!!) and fulfilment is relayed back to Shopify. You can also remove shipment options by setting rules. (ie Exclude Courier A in a particular country because you have had bad experiences with them). Aside from convenience and a better customer experience, their rates are competitve which is important to a startup like us.

Summary
I initially thought it was a great platform for both businesses and customers since the customers can opt for which ever methods of delivery modes they wanted base on their time, budget, and the convenience provided by the shipper. After waiting for the Magento plugin for 2 months plus, the plugin was finally ready. I was excited to get it installed and try it out. As many IT stuff bound to have problems especially for beta versions. We expected that and nothing to shout about as well. However, what disappoint us was the support level was really poor. The local guy got us onboard stop picking up phone calls, I emailed our problem to their support; it doesn't seem like they read my email and instead of assisting me with my problems, they sent me a standard answer and before I could reply, they immediately sent a survey email to ask about how we rate their services. It's just ridiculous! I am very disappointed and I am in the midst of looking for another logistics partner for our business. I am not sure how Easyship works for other platforms so I am not in a position to comment.
