All looked until a problem arose

Sadly this company let us down on two deliveries leaving us over £1200 down and received no help from them. We shipped two parcels to Holland, one in August and one in September and kept regular track of them. They both entered customs a week apart and haven't moved since. We have been waiting for over 5 months now and have been very stressful. Every time you ask for an update, all you get is a statement saying we should of filled in a claims form within three weeks for a lost parcel. We didn't do this as the parcels weren't lost as we knew where they were. We have now taken legal advice as there three week rule doesn't stand up as you have your statutory rights up to six years.
