Codisto Channel Cloud is a multi-channel solution that allows Amazon, eBay and Google sellers to connect directly from their ecommerce platform.
Sellers can create new listings, link existing listings, keep product details, prices and inventory in sync on all channels and transfer sales channel orders to the ecommerce platform whilst updating the status and shipment tracking data on channels as fulfillment occurs.

Keeps deleting titles and details of all of my Amazon products - very dangerous product
What where the positives?
Support is very responsive and takes their time to guide through the very complex system. This product offers more features and functions than anything else on the market for a very reasonable price. After trials and comparisons with many other products, Codisto was the only one who delivers pretty much all the functions one could ever ask for.
Any negatives?
When my Amazon North America account was linked to Codisto, all my 400 Amazon products lost their titles, bullet points, brand name, manufacturer name, category etc. How crazy!! I was not able to recover the original data from 400 items and had to replace the missing titles with titles from WooCommerce (we use slightly different ones on every platform). I was only able to recover the about 2500 lost bullet points from an older Amazon category listings export. After everything seemed to be fixed, I turned the synchronization between Codisto and Amazon off again, actually in order to protect the data on Amazon. But what happened was exactly the opposite: all my product titles and details were gone again! This is a crazy bug with huge severity. The possible damage can cost thousands of dollars. Codisto needs to fix that, ASAP. They put their customers in danger and themselves as well by facing possible very expensive lawsuits if someone gets hit really hard by this bug.
Summary
Great idea. Better than all competitors. But dangerous and capable of destroying your Amazon business within minutes.

No response from two help me emails and notifications to their help communication. One full week since the initial cry for help, not even a response. Incredibly frustrating. can't find any information or contact details online.

Steep Learning Curve - POWERFUL once you get the hang of it. Helpful support
What where the positives?
Very powerful. Grid view can be daunting at first, but once mastered and your fields are all mapped it's insane how fast it is. I can search for an item in my 70,000+ item catalogue and list it in 3 seconds. Attribute mapping. Map item specifics from Bigcommerce custom fields means my listings are built instantly. You can call values from your mapped fields directly into the template by editing the HTML.
Any negatives?
No phone number to call. Support via email and chat only. Single listing GUI is buggy to the point where they advised not to use it Template editing is via HTML editing only- no GUI. It's pretty easy to follow I had no really issue editing the default template
Summary
More expensive than Inkfrog by a significant margin. Very powerful system with a steep learning curve. Few minor bugs and inconsistencies but overall light years ahead of Inkfrog.

We were able to upload all our Shopify products to amazon in one afternoon. Have not used for eBay yet because not sure if will be selling on their too but if we do we will use codisto.

So far so good. Will update if we have problems in the future.

Summary
Not only is this program complicated to use and frustrating, it only submitted a partial amount of my products to Ebay.com, and submitted another partial list to Ebay.ca. The products that were submitted by Codisto to Ebay.ca added free shipping without my approval and adjusted my pricing as well which made them cheaper than what I submitted. I actually have a buyer who wants to purchase from me on Ebay.ca, and they say they are unable to after multiple attempts. I can't even figure out how to delete my products on Ebay.ca even though I unlinked my account. I ended up cancelling my paid subscription to Codisto, because I find their service complicated and frustrating. When I cancelled my subscription, it was on the exact same day as the start of the new billing cycle for the next monthly payment. When I contacted Codisto to ask if they would refund my money since I cancelled on the same day, they refused. I will NEVER use them again, or recommend them to anyone. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

Codisto is Ebay made easy! The Codisto plugin was installed quickly and does not slow down my Magento store. I used to spend more time managing my listings than fulfilling orders and now it’s the other way around. To Jonathan and team, I have been very happy with your product and excellent customer service.
