Their business practices are terrible. No refunds under any circumstances, take away credits if you cancel subscription even though you already paid for the credits. Support doesn't always respond back.

It continue charges every month even we have not used for over a year! The person who uses this software have left the company for over a year. Rest of the team do not use Clipping Magic. We tried request for a refund but the company refused. Not a good company to work with. Careful to sign on their service!!!

It is possible to cut out in an intuitive and convenient way. We do everything quickly and accurately. I really liked it. Eligible costs. At first I doubted, but decided to give it a try. I do not regret it.

Bad subscription service won't let you keep any work or what you paid for unless you maintain an account and pay monthly. Credits roll over but if you cancel you lose everything... I'm sorry didn't i just pay for them??? Much better websites out there. The service itself is rather useful and user intuitive but it doesn't make sense that you can't just pay for a credit and use it when needed. The website is a bit of a trap and will let you get started and work on it but to download your work, you'd have to pay for it...

These Thieves stole money from me until I found them on my credit card still taking money and refuse to give it back. I didn't even know what cedar lake was and had to figure out which company to contact. I emailed them and they only recite that I've lost all the credits they charged me for and how I didn't pay for the last month because I locked my credit card. They obviously want to try to make as much money as they can and don't care about customer service. Run from this website. They are thieves!

Do NOT start to edit your work on here. It is a trap. I spent an hour working on isolating an image just to be redirected to a subscription service. Very sneaky. Lost my trust in the company after having to waste my time. Would be nice if they let you download the work they presumably let you do for free. I do not like to be deceived. I would advise to stay away from this company at all costs. Again, beware, the work you are doing is a trap before you are made to subscribe just for the piece you are working on.

Summary
I tried Clipping Magic on a tricky image where the foreground and background were a similar colour in places. It didn't take long to get the basic idea of only roughly indicating what is foreground and what is background. Clipping Magic got it right almost at this first attempt. A few more rough clicks (not painstakingly at all) corrected it. The whole process was so quick I didn't realise I'd finished at first. The cut-out was perfect, including hair, and I didn't have to tweak the options at all. I estimate it took me under a minute to process the image in Clipping Magic, versus five or so in my normal graphics program. That might not sound like a lot, but would soon add up if you have many images. The results were better too. This review is based on Clipping Magic as a free service - it might not stay that way.
