We've worked with Dan and team at Channel Key going on 7 years now. They've done an excellent job of building the business, reworking listings and content, and managing the day to day, as well as creating ad campaigns to support scaling revenue.

What where the positives?
Channel Key took over the brand from another outsourced partner and really stepped it up. Sales performance, listing quality, shopfront all scaled up. Excellent team of highly engaged individuals who all worked tirelessly to support the brand.

What where the positives?
We have a dedicated account manager who is vested in our interests. I can pickup the phone at any time a speak to someone. CK has helped me target and identify new products in adjacent categories on Amazon generating additional revenue for our company.

Nothing at this time.

I had contact with a few nice folks, but being nice doesn't mean they could actually deliver on their promises.
Any negatives?
CEO is a bit of a conceited jerk. The company would be better off without him. But, bottom line, they make promises they cannot keep. There are other comments out there from employees I've read that said they purposefully provide misleading results to convince other companies to sign up. If true, well, that's just not cool, and it is how I feel I was treated.
Summary
Stay away from this poorly run shop. There are many other, better alternatives out there.
