First time ordering and I’ll never order again. I bought a few lots. One was never shipped. One was a box of unauthentic items. One was a box of watches and none of them worked. I didn’t complain about the watches. I just wanted my money back for the fraudulent items and the items I didn’t receive. The first email I sent was not acknowledged until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Then I got a reply and a refund for the items never received but they refuse to refund $205, even though I returned the unauthentic items and they verified it. It’s excuses excuses. Don’t work with this company.

Wouldn’t buy a so much as a paper bag from them.

Allowing a seller to cancel after the bid was over and paid for is ridiculous. Even more so, saying they posted the items as an accident is garbage and we both know it.
Summary
Seller listed by accident? I'm not convinced. I competed in an auction with many others and in the end I won. I paid the amount owed right away (this was a Tuesday). The next day (Wednesday) I received a tracking number saying the shipment was on the way. The day after that (Thursday) I checked the tracking number and it said that the label was created but to check back for an updated delivery date. I log into my BlueLots account and I see that the order has been cancelled. The reason I am given is the seller accidentally listed the product and no longer has the product to sell. They state they have followed up with the seller to make sure this doesn't happen again. It seems like the seller didn't like the amount they were going to receive. Honestly, the seller should not be allowed to list again for a certain amount of time at least. Since there's no way for buyers to rate the sellers there's no way to warn others before they waste their time. This company is not buyer friendly.

What where the positives?
I’ve been selling via BlueLots for over a year now. It’s been a great pleasure workIng with them. They are unlike the other similar companies (I worked with few others, but didn’t turn out very well). They have v reasonable fee, good buyers, exceptional support services etc. Everything is top notch with BlueLots. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to buy or sell on BlueLots.

If I have to find some negatives, probably after listing, Buyers can’t edit anymore. But their customer service and seller support are amazing. They always helped me with editing. So I have nothing to complain.

There is a great selection of products on this site and phenomenal prices. I have also sold some things on the site and the customer service has been incredible. Super prompt responses. Extremely helpful. I worked with one customer service rep named Alex who was quick to reply to all my emails and even helped me ensure everything was in proper working order for my listings. I pretty much NEVER write reviews but the service I received was so good that I wanted to take the time to give back by writing a review.
