Back-Track is a returns recovery service. Sellers ship their returns to Back-Track who inspect and test them to determine the level of service needed. They will then rebox, renew, rebuild or repair the product depending on the seller’s requirements.
Back-Track then ship the renewed product back to Amazon FBA, the seller’s warehouse or to the end customer. Back-Track can also resell refurbished products directly.
