Very unhelpful I had a customer who wanted to return an item which was not as described and was told I would have to pay for return postage, even though I was promised by the manager it would be sorted If you sell products from them I suggest putting At least £20 on the price to cover the cost of any returns. You could end up grossly eating into their profits

The feel of a new platform with features missing
What where the positives?
- Easy integration with Amazon and Ebay - Automatic order downloads and processing - Easy to source products as they are there
Any negatives?
- No supplier details, only a number. You cannot filter products by a supplier either - Some actions on the integration side are not intuitive or easy to use, with little feedback. - The search and filter functionality, although good, is not intuitive and will need to be made better - Minor bugs in the UI at times, but they are good at fixing - Small database
Summary
Decent service making life easier. With an average User experience expert, the website will be much easier to use and may attract more dropshippers and as such, more sellers and sales.

simple to set up, good support and good platform

when i needed some help on one issue i was having the support was quick and we resolved it pretty much immediately. Now I'm all set up and it's working well so far.

Fantastic Platform - Highly Recommended!
What where the positives?
- Amazing range of integrations across various marketplaces, shipping providers and shopping carts - Slick interface, with great design features and tools, which have added significant value (not to mention personal time saved...) - Very simple to setup unlike some other platforms I have seen

- None so far after the first few months of use

Very interesting platform and I am selling already
What where the positives?
- overall look and feel (their branding is really fresh) - they have real UK based suppliers so not all coming from China like the other DropShipping platforms - live chat and telephone support
Any negatives?
- would like to see more advise on trending products and more analytics but I understand this is coming soon - initial setup took some time but it was worth it as I have been selling now for 5 months
Summary
Its a great idea. Their base subscription is only £9 a month so as long as I make that in a month on all the times I sell, I am in the money. I still have a full time job but this is good bit of extra income
