Completely untraceable and unreachable technicians

After I entered the link of bad review buyers, most of them are unreachable, I even looked for a link of more than 20,000 reviews for this purpose, but it shows only 60 buyers' information, how is this possible?!!!

Summary
I purchased AMZDiscover for a very nominal cost of $9.00. There was nowhere on the site that stated the cost for the contact information for an individual reviewer is10 coins? That was the first issue. The site needs to be very clear on the actual cost. The second issue was when I did purchase the contact information of a reviewer, I could not find that reviewer on the product I used in my search. I looked for several of the reviewers and none of them showed a review for what I was searching for. When I went to each reviewers page, they don't read books in the genre I searched in which their name came up as a reviewer. So I wasted money on people who don't read the type of books I'm seeking reviews from. I can't find a way to reach AMZDiscover for support.
