We have used three of the major re-pricer solutions over the last 8 years and switched to Alpha Repricer around 4 months ago due to issues which were not getting resolved with our previous provider. The guys at Alpha Repricer resolved the issues we were having and their response to questions/ tickets is prompt, courteous and they actually do what they say they are going to do! The user interface has improved recently and they seem very keen to develop and actually listen to their users to give us what we want (within reason and if it is possible) - first four months of use - without doubt 5 stars! - keep up the fantastic service

We've been using Alpharepricer for about 8 months. From the beginning we have been impressed by the speed of pricing updated to Amazon. Works reliably pricing down and pricing up. Our catalogue is thousands of SKUs long and even mass updated to pricing rules are done quickly and securely. It also provides a wealth of options for different pricing strategies. Very powerful! Additionally, now we wanted to automate some processes for our price updates via file uploads to the Alpharepricer platform. After initial troubles, we contacted the support team and they went out of their way to help us and get us the solution we needed. Very surprising in this world of standardized customer service. Congratulations to the team and thanks again for your help.
