I don't think there is any con because it offers you almost everything a seller is always looking for.

What where the positives?
Overall, good design of some of the reporting elements. Dashboards give good insight to a point.
Any negatives?
The PPC data is inaccurate and does not give you 100% of the spend for your Products/brands. A big miss in profitability. We have found it be 10-20% off/low. Customer support did not help much except for excuses about why they couldn't be accurate. If you are a multi-channel fulfillment customer MBS will overstate your expense by the cost and FBA fee for these orders, no way for them to exclude. This over reports expense. So you would think that with one expense overstatement and one understatement it would be a wash, not quite but closer in total.
Summary
We are still users, but definitely in the market for a better tool that that values accuracy as well as usability. Would I recommend......its a toss up. A company selling themselves as an analytic resource should value accuracy more than this toolset. Instead of making excuses should fix the problems.

What where the positives?
After dragging my feet for a year, I pulled the trigger after an MBS walk-through at an event. I was always impressed by the MBS staff, but the software comes at an incredible value. Whether you're looking for a snapshot of your month, brand profitability, item profitability, or you want to get creative; MBS just gives you more than you're paying for. We embed additional information in our SKU's that allows us to calculate values we need directly from MBS. If I had to cancel every software tool we have and keep one, that one would be MBS.

What where the positives?
1st. The customer service team, especially MaryKay is very knowledgable. Every time I call, I would actually learn something new either about Amazon or about the service. 2nd. The customer service team is very patient. I still remember the time before I sign up, MaryKay actually did a video just for me so that I could understand some of the features. I was very impressed with it. 3rd. When I call the customer service number, I don't have to be on hold chatting with a robot or algorithm before connected with an understanding and real person.

The interface isn't as intuitive as I would've assumed. It would be helpful to have updated videos prepped and ready to go whenever the website updates so newbies like me aren't scratching their heads while watching the tutorial videos and trying to get things to match up.

What where the positives?
I have called into Manage-by-Stats many times and often MaryKay answers the phone. She has been incredibly supportive, helpful and informative. And takes whatever time is needed to answer all questions and ensure that our needs are met. I can also say that the support I have received from Manage-by-Stats, in general, has been as good or better than ANY other Amazon seller-related software or service that we have used. And we have used many over the last 7 years!

Excellent too for managing my Amazon business. Sales reporting, forecasting, profit analysis, customer communications, advertising metrics, product reviews, etc., are a few of the features. Support is there when you need it, from onboarding to problem-solving and customization for your business needs. For example, I changed SKU names in Amazon Seller Central and thought I lost a lot of sales history. Not so, MBStats Support helped fix the problem quickly and easily (very knowledgeable and professional). MBStats is a great resource and value (reasonable cost).

We tried a lot of Amazon stats tools before we finally ended up on MBS, and what a difference and breath of fresh air it is! You can really tell it's built by people who actually sell on Amazon and use the software themselves. The detail and flexibility is fantastic. It's not the cheapest, but is well worth it and you'll be glad you went straight to MBS over others. You can add functionality and expand your access to it's feature set as you need, so it can start off relatively affordable. Plus support is responsive and actually cares. Highly recommended!

Most Amazon services do similar things, but when something goes wrong the help is nowhere to be found (and something always goes wrong, with any software sooner or later). That's not the case with MBS. The help is SWIFT and THOROUGH! In fact, I've never had customer service this good, even from non-ecommerce companies. They have literally saved me money by being so on top of fixes. I have bled money elsewhere waiting painfully for a response to an issue for days that directly affected my bottom line. So needless to say, they have a customer for ss long as I have an Amazon store. Cheers, guys.

MBS is a great timesaver in my business and that is what we all want. With a couple of clicks I can see all of the information I need. I love the new dark theme! My eyes are tired of the bright white on all of the screens and this dark theme really helps. Every time I have called with an issue, I speak to MaryKay who helps me understand the how to's or she gets the issue to someone who can fix it. Thank you so much for all you do MaryKay! The only bad thing I have to say is the joke in this month's newsletter was really bad!

Anytime I have opened a case with MBS, I have had an initial response in less than 24 hours--often within a few hours. Problems get resolved quickly This latest issue was regarding the mobile app--which I have come to rely on when i am away from my desk. The functionality on it is great, I can keep track of all my clients as if I was looking at my laptop screen. It is awesome to use. I am hoping you keep adding to its functionality. I'd like to be able to adjust advertising on the fly or look at how keywords are trending. But for now, this is great and I was lost when it wasn't working--thanks for the quick response and fix

So far having a pretty easy time using it except for a bug that was promptly fixed after I raised the issue with their support. Issue fixed within a day or two. That's incredibly fast!

I have been consistently wowed and impressed by the service and tools offered by MBS. As a new user, there's a lot for me to learn, and truly helpful support has been offered each step of the way. It's literally one click to send an email to support with your questions, and they respond in a timely manner with really helpful feedback. I've had some wonderful emails from MaryKay encouraging me that we were doing a great job and going out of her way to make sure the functions we're using worked as we needed them to. Learning all of the functionality of this vast and helpful tool can be a bit daunting, but the videos and support offered make it easy to go step-by-step, and I have confidence knowing that help is close by if I need it. I would highly recommend this service to all of my friends, and already have!

A very helpful tool to excelling on Amazon. They are constantly innovating the platform and making things better. Clear, no fluff access to Amazon data...exactly what you need to sell more on Amazon. They offer many services and I use about half of them. All at affordable prices and prompt customer service. If you have a question, they get back to you super quickly with quality answers. I found the information, overall, to be extremely helpful. Some of the added content was also invaluable, as in how to deal with account suspension (hasn't happened to me...yet), things to be aware of, cautions to avoid problems with Amazon, and some great tips. This program puts in a system where one can track what one is doing. Amazon stats are okay, but they are so short term that one cannot manage accurately. ManageByStats solves this. If one tries to run any activity on no stats or on memory of stats, one is going to make mistakes - if you have accurate statistics, you can actually see changes - where one was last doing well, where statistics go down and then locate what changed. ManageByStats facilitates this - big time. It's invaluable for me in running an Amazon business - one is running on hearsay and hot air without ManageByStats in my opinion.

I purchased this service to integrate with my Amazon Seller Central login. It's a well-known fact that the Amazon seller metrics are...less than ideal. Manage by Stats shows me customers' names, addresses, email (encrypted) and all the data I need to follow up with them. I can run reports to find the customers who purchase more than once and a whole lot more that I haven't even learned yet. Mostly I use MBS for getting in touch with customers for customer service. Recently I signed up for the Email Append service which helps me to find their real email addresses so I can ask customers to join my mailing list.
